Based on Animal Kinship, this Magnakai Discipline grants more insight into animal behavior. A Kai Lord proficient in Animal Control will also have better control over mounts and sometimes be able to actually communicate with animals.
The Kai and Grand Master versions of this discipline are Animal Kinship and Animal Mastery.

- Primate: A Magnakai can block a hostile animal's senses, but this may have less effect on larger and fiercer monsters.
- Principalin: This rank allows a Magnakai to summon a nearby natural critter for aid, either for combat or utilitarian purposes. Higher ranks result in more animals summoned.
- Archmaster: A Magnakai can command most animals to do their bidding, but control diminishes when attempting to control a hostile creature.
