A castle less than mile from the road connecting Quarlen to Varetta. This crumbling castle is set on a rock shelf and the path to it is steep and treacherously slippery. An overhanging precipice causes the castle to be in a gloomy shadow. There is a small chapel within the castle where there is a spa that trickles from the altar stone. The spa water has great healing properties, and can be collected as Taunor Water.
