Ferufezan is one of the seven cities of the Vassagonian Empire and it is ruled by an emir. The emir of Ferufezan is also known as the Protector of the Dry Main, which makes sense given the location of the city, though the aggressive and wealthy Vassagonians rarely need to be worried about their neighbors. Kimah was the emir of Ferufezan before becoming the Zakhan of Vassagonia in MS 5055.
