The Gold Bracelet is used by Vonotar the Traitor to control the Ice Barbarians. Any who wear the Bracelet will be immediately and completely susceptible to Vonotar's psychic abilities. It can be resisted with Mindshield, and Sixth Sense can warn those ahead of time.
