King Ulnar V is the reigning King of Sommerlund at the time of its invasion by the Darklords and the Massacre of the Kai Lords.
History[]
Ulnar V was the King of Sommerlund throughout most of the Lone Wolf series. He had one son, Prince Pelathar, whom he lost at the Battle of Alema Bridge. He also had two daughters: Crown Princess Imelda and Princess Madelon.
His advisor was Chancellor Galden, who was killed at the end of the Definitive Edition of Flight from the Dark.[1]
In MS 5091, Ulnar V and his daughters were killed in mysterious fashion, along with Kai Grand Master Firestone, who was protecting them. It is later believed that the Heldajdok-taagim were behind the murders.[2][3] He was succeeded by King Tor IV, son of Princess Imelda.[4]
Court dress[]
The members of his court wore robes of purple and white. His Majesty's Army wore uniforms of white. (with a few exceptions, i.e. Border Rangers) The King's Senior Physician wore a white robe embroidered with a golden dove on the sleeves.
