Luvias Kort (died MS 5062-5070[note 1]), dubbed The Poisoner of Tyso, was a notorious brewer and administrator of poisons for various nobles, and was banished into the Shadow Gate of Toran as punishment for his crimes.
Biography[]
Kort was an extremely-skilled potion brewer, capable of brewing and administering deadly poisons, as well as concocting their antidotes. His skills were called upon, in secret, by several lesser nobles. Kort himself derived an evil pleasure from killing.[1][2]
His final acts of poisoning caused six nobles to die in rapid succession, from poisons traced back to him, after investigations by the Kai. For this, in MS 4292, he was banished through the Shadow Gate of Toran for his crimes. As his work was politically valuable for several nobles, attempts were made to exonerate and free him, to no avail.[2] Nevertheless, Kort survived the journey to the Daziarn, and later joined forces with the Villains of Sommerlund — fellow prisoners banished to the Daziarn, and rallied under Vonotar.
Later, Lone Wolf too was banished to the Daziarn, by Darklord Gnaag via a different Shadow Gate in Torgar, along with the remaining Lorestones. One of these Lorestones was found by Vonotar, who used its power to open a Shadow Gate to return to Magnamund. However, Lone Wolf confronted the Villains of Sommerlund before anyone could enter, and slew them.[3]
