Meal

A Meal is a form of sustenance that Lone Wolf needs to consume during his adventures, or lose 3 Endurance Points. The need to consume a Meal can be offset by the Hunting Kai Discipline. Certain healing items, such as Laumspur, may also double as a Meal.
