An ancient red gem that is a transmitter of thought. This gem is capable of increasing and amplifying mental energy, enabling others to exert, even without skill, control over the minds of men. It is capable of controlling only one mind at a time.
A Mind Gem (Special Item, adds +2 Combat Skill when Mindblast, Psi-surge or Kai-Surge is used in combat, also allows extended spirit-walking) can be looted from a group of Naarvakim in The Dusk of Eternal Night.[1] Grey Star can also acquire a Mind Gem in The Forbidden City from a slaver, who was using it to control the Masbaté chieftain Samu.[2]
